i'm tired

i have been working our pretty much every day for the last month

i'm tired

i have been snoring more

this is keeping Smitten awake when we sleep together. i have told her to wake me and get me to change positions. she does, but i become paranoid that i will snore and don't sleep well.

i think i just need to sleep more than my usual 6 hours. i think that all the exercise demands it.

yeah - i know it's not very exciting as posts go, but i'm tired and uninspired.

my alternative post for today was about the all you can eat sushi place we went to yesterday...

Pulitzer here i come!

maybe i won't suck at posting tomorrow

Mr. C. . . . I sleep about 6 hours a night. . . . . I am good about that except if I get shorted at any night . . .. . I am a grouchy person. . . . per my boss. . . . without at least 6 hours.
Isn't your mind kind of numb too.

Snoring . . . . my Sweet man snores. . . . it doesn't bother me unless I am semi asleep. . . . then I just gently touch him and he rolls. . . . . it is kind of funny. . . don't stress. . . . she still loves you.

HAve you tried those 'breathe-right' strips? they do offer some help with snoring. yeah, it sort of makes you look like a football player when you wear them, but perhaps you and smitten can play 'The linebacker and the cheerleader' some night.

Just read back to catch up on your life. Sounds like there's more good than bad going on. Proud of you, man.

Referencing an earlier post:
Either your son will get it, or he won't. You don't have much control over that. The best thing you can do is keep living your life in a positive manner. Just love him, and pray for the best.

antihistamines

nasal spray

breathe right strips - i wear two of them overlapping so that neither the front of my nose or the area just in front of the bone will collapse and cause snoring

you see - what happens is that i snore just at the very beginning of sleep and not after that. just when she is trying to get to sleep as well - really no more than the first half hour or so

don't know why

I do the same thing. The Breathe Right works for me, but I don't like to wear them all the time. Sometimes, I catch myself taking really deep breaths as I fall asleep that causes me to snore. I found that if I focus on relaxing my breathing when I fall asleep it is better.

My HM snores sometimes too, and I just smile. I bet that Smitten smiles too.

I smile because I love him and I've become so used to it that now I can sleep through it as if I don't hear it anymore.

What about giving Smitten a pair of earplugs presented in a pretty box?

Don't worry about it, or "loose sleep over it". It's just part of who and how you are.
