I'm so sorry to hear that someone else got the house. You're right, though - you'll wait for the right one. When it's THE ONE, all factors will fall into place!

Mr.C. . . . I have seen such growth in your decision making process. You are correct that your terms are the priority. The housing market is bust in most parts of the country in the US, and one of the key factors is that people paid way to much for houses. It is better to wait. . . . it will happen soon enough.
